Keep the original for your records. NOTE #1: You will not be able to save the form with your information filled in unless you have a full version PDF program. NOTE #2: An ABN filing remains in effect until cancelled by the owner. There is no fee to cancel the filing. If you have discontinued the use of your assumed business name, please submit a cancellation form to our office. |
