The Idaho Secretary of State’s office is seeking a document management solution(s) that will allow for recording and archival of the many legislative and executive branch documents recorded with the Secretary of State. The system must also include functionality for Corporate Registration, Notary, Universal Commercial Code (UCC), Trademark, and Apostille, plus additional Government Services functions such as pardons, appointments and oaths, proclamations, session laws, and others.
The intent is to acquire a new technology solution that integrates both Secretary of State Business Division and Government Services Division processes. This solution will move the current system from a manual processing environment to a consumer-centric, electronically-enabled, web-based, system with access to digital documents and forms and e-submission delivery.

3/24/2017 – PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A REVISED (v2) OF THE MASTER RFP.
An error in formatting was noticed in the preliminary “RFP-SOS BusinessIT.pdf” document (after posting) that is now fixed in this document. The original had the words “Scope of Work A” on page 10, below the definitions table. They had been inadvertently moved up to that location from page 11 where they belonged, and a third option had been deleted. The corrected version now contains no additional content on page 10, with that line removed, and the following on page 11, which was the original intent.
