1. What types of subscriptions are available?

a. Central Filing Master List Registration and Subscription
b. List of ‘Liens in Seed’ and ‘Liens in Farm Labor' (Seed and Labor List)
c. Electronic State Liens Subscription
d. IRS and Tax Lien Subscription
e. UCC Data and Images Subscription

2. What is the purpose of these subscriptions?

The Secretary of State’s office offers these subscriptions as a way to provide public information in bulk from the UCC Information Management System. Some of these subscriptions are mandated by federal and state statute, while others have been created to best serve our customers. Extracts of UCC information may be offered on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis, depending on the chosen subscription.
