| Full Text | Idaho Statutes, Title 49, Motor Vehicles, Chapter 4, Motor Vehicle registration, Section 49-445, Paragraph (2) which now reads as follows: (2) The annual license fee imposed upon each recreational vehicle shall be eight dollars and fifty cents ($8.50) for a market value of one thousand dollars ($1000) or less and an additional five dollars ($5.00) for each additional one thousand ($1000) or portion of it, of market value. be amended by deleting the five dollars ($5.00) and substituting in lieu thereof the sum of One dollar ($1.00) so hereafter the paragraph shall read as follows: (2) The annual license fee imposed upon each recreational vehicle shall be eight dollars and fifty cents ($8.50) for a market value of one thousand dollars ($1000) or less and an additional one dollar ($1.00) for each additional one thousand dollars ($1000) or portion of it, of market value. |
