No. 105 (Article III, Section 2; Article V, Section 9) Creation of committee for
reapportionment to apportion Senate, House of Representatives and congressional districts
as necessary. Supreme Court to have original jurisdiction in appeals of apportionment plan.
H.J.R. No. 16 (Article I, Section 22) Provide for rights of crime victims. S.J.R. No. 109 (Article III, Section 23; Article IV, Sections 1,3,6,19,20; Article V, Section 27;
Article IX, Section 7) Change title of State Auditor to State Controller and prohibit State Controller
from performing any post-audit functions.
H.J.R. No. 17 (Article XVIII, Section 12) Allow Legislature to provide for optional forms of
county government and allow electors to choose by majority vote.
H.J.R. No. 24 (Article IV, Section 1) Remove requirement that governor, secretary of state,
state auditor, state treasurer, attorney general and superintendent of public instruction reside
in Ada County during their term of office, but provide that all state executive officer's official
offices must be located in Ada County.
