About Payment Methods

The Office of the Secretary of State allows you to pay for services using a variety of methods including: Access Idaho subscription, credit card, debit card, check, and cash. Because the fees vary with each payment method, you should review this page to understand which option will work best for you based on how you do business with the office of the Secretary of State.

Prepaid Subscribers: Our NEW Access Idaho subscription option is replacing the necessity for you to carry a debit balance with us. If you are currently a prepaid customer, please speak with Kathy about closing out your debit balance and upgrading to one of these new payment methods.

Access Idaho Subscriber Account

Customers now have the option to pay for services with their Access Idaho subscription. By having a subscription with Access Idaho, you will have the convenience of receiving a monthly invoice that details your transactions instead of being charged separately for every transaction. Access Idaho charges an annual subscription fee of $95. This subscription fee does not include the cost of Secretary of State services as outlined in the Fee Schedule. For more information about the Access Idaho subscription, payment terms, or to become an Access Idaho subscriber, please visit the Subscribe page of www.Idaho.gov.
