(BOISE) - Idaho Secretary of State Lawerence Denney received a letter by email on July 26 from Vice Chair Kris Kobach of the Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity, expressing the Commissions renewal of their initial June 2017 request for the portions of Idaho’s voter registration information that is publicly available. While the official hardcopy letter won’t be received by the Secretary’s office for a few days, the email copy does provide much more detail from the commission than the original request.
As your Secretary of State it is my task and that of the Office’s employees to oversee the election process, assist business activity and provide timely and accurate information in order to best serve Idaho’s citizens.
