Prepaid Customers Notification: New Payment Options Coming Soon

The office of the Secretary of State is in the process of upgrading to a new online system that will be more convenient for Idaho businesses. As part of this switch, new payment options will be available for business services customers.

The upgrade is scheduled in two phases:

• Phase One: Starting in October, your organization will be able to pay for business filings and trademarks online.
• Phase Two: Starting in December, your organization will be able to pay for UCC, notary, and apostille services online.

As part of this upgrade, prepaid accounts will soon no longer be necessary and are being phased out.
