Local Taxing District Consolidated Election Tomorrow
Elections for local taxing districts, including school district bonds and levies will be held in 33 out of 44 Idaho counties on Election Day, May 16, 2023. The elections will take place at polling locations across the state on May 16, with polls open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Idaho’s Small Businesses Should Ignore Business Compliance Solicitations
Attorney General Raúl Labrador and Secretary of State Phil McGrane are warning Idaho’s small businesses about misleading ads offering business compliance filings including certificates of existence or UCC statements.
Idaho Updates Voter Rolls
The State of Idaho is taking action to ensure the accuracy and integrity of its voter rolls. County elections offices throughout the State of Idaho recently completed a biennial review and maintenance of the voter registration system. A total of 74,332 voters statewide were removed from the system due to inactivity, change of address, or who were otherwise determined to be ineligible to vote.
School Bond and Levy Election Tomorrow
School bond and levy elections will be held in 40 out of 44 Idaho counties on Election Day, March 14, 2023. The elections will take place at polling locations across the state on March 14, with polls open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

2022 General Post Election Audit Preliminary Results
On Tuesday, November 22, 2002, Idaho Secretary of State Lawerence Denney announced the completion of the 2022 General Post-Election Audit. Senate Bill 1274, signed into law by the Governor this past session, created a post-election audit after each primary and general election. The counties were chosen by random ball draw weighted proportionally to their population, after which precincts from within those counties were selected.
Official 2022 General Election Canvass Completed
Idaho Secretary of State Lawerence Denney, along with the other members of Idaho’s State Board of Canvassers, Idaho State Controller Brandon Woolf, and Idaho State Treasurer Julie Ellsworth, conducted and certified the official state canvass for the 2022 General Election.
